Position Summary
Provides document imaging services for the Conversion Center. Provides support to Conversion Center team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares documents for rejection letters
Data Entry from one set of documents into a processor key which will upload into letters
Print letters and claim forms and prepare them for mailing
Responsible for maintaining security of documents though all processes and storage
Qualifications
Good computer skills, especially data entry (alpha & numeric), accuracy, solid basic PC skills.
Good organizational skills
Attention to detail
Experience with high-volume document scanners
Knowledge of and experience with Windows, MS Excel
Basic understanding of FileBound, Kofax, and other imaging software. (will train)
Ability to analyze various data and information
