We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support operations in an office environment. This role is well suited to someone who brings strong organizational skills, confidence with Microsoft Office, and an interest in working closely with tax and accounting-related teams while remaining focused on administration. The position offers the opportunity to build expertise over time and grow within a stable, collaborative office setting.
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with match, 2-3 weeks PTO, flex days when needed, all major holidays off.
Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and arrange internal meetings to keep daily operations organized and efficient.
• Prepare, update, and maintain benefits-related records, administrative documents, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
• Use Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to track information, compile reports, and support routine office processes.
• Respond to email inquiries professionally and ensure timely follow-up with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to teams in an office setting, helping maintain smooth communication and workflow.
• Assist with benefits administration tasks, including organizing documentation, monitoring deadlines, and supporting related office procedures.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, distribute materials, and help ensure participants are informed and prepared.
• Contribute to process improvements and take on additional administrative responsibilities as the role expands over time.
• Previous experience in an administrative role within a detail-focused services, tax, accounting, or similar office environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including solid working knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to manage calendars, meetings, and email communication with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for handling correspondence and internal coordination.
• Highly organized approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Comfortable working in an administrative capacity while supporting finance-related or benefits-related functions.
