Join BioAtrium AG, a cutting-edge joint venture between Lonza and Sanofi in Visp, as an Administrative Assistant supporting our Leadership Team and CEO for a 12-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the BioAtrium Leadership Team and manage complex calendar scheduling for the CEO.
- Coordinate site access registrations, security badges, and logistics for employees and visitors entering the Lonza site & BioAtrium building.
- Manage operational orders and Purchase Orders (POs) for project teams using procurement software.
- Organize business meetings, secure conference rooms, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items.
- Oversee essential administrative reports, including timekeeping, expenses, and training logs.
- Coordinate visitor agendas, including hosting, catering logistics, and welcoming guests.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, co-leading internal project teams, and providing vacation coverage for team members.
What we are looking for:
- Completed Commercial apprenticeship (EFZ), a business degree, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- An independent, proactive, and highly reliable working style with excellent organizational skills.
- An assertive personality with quick comprehension, an IT affinity, and strong communication skills.
- Prior experience or knowledge of SAP and Ariba is considered a strong advantage.
