Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks including providing administrative assistance, managing phone communications with proper etiquette, and performing clerical duties. The role will also involve supporting executives with executive administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in human resources is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field ideal as career progression into the marketing space of the business could potentially be the way forward for the right candidate.
