Responsibilities:

– Support and facilitate client transfers for advisors moving financial institutions

– Open and set up client accounts

– Follow up on transfers

– Additional tasks include, policy review, escalation management

– Primary focus on opening client accounts and transfers

Must Have Requirements:

– Bilingual – French & English

– 2-3+ years previous banking operations experience; involved in account openings, transfers (ideally in Wealth Operations but open to everyday banking operations)

– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

– Savvy with technology and data

– Experience in escalations and policy review

Nice to Have:

– Motivated to learn

– Interest in learning platforms

– Previous customer service experience

– Bilingual – French & English

Education:

– Post-Secondary
