Summary:
Vector Security is seeking an Sr. Administrative Support Representative to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate has the ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment and is a true team player. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and handling customer accounts, assisting the management staff, and working closely with other departments within Vector Security.
What You’ll Do:
Perform auditing of accounts.
Answer incoming phone inquiries regarding customer accounts, including billing and invoice questions.
Enter customer information/job information into customer database.
Provide customers with information and assistance when required.
Compile information for department managers as needed.
Reach out to customers when jobs bill.
Review accounts receivables.
Follow-up on failed payments with ACH customers.
Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
High School or Associates or Better
2-4 Years Administrative Experience
1-3 Years – Customer Service
Office Environment

Billing and Invoicing Experience
