Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy part-time Personal/Administrative Assistant to support the CEO of Muy’Ono Resorts and Delicious Digital Marketing. This role blends traditional executive support with personal assistance and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can anticipate needs before they arise.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and flexible, with the ability to manage a variety of professional and personal tasks while maintaining complete discretion and professionalism.
This is an in-person role based in Austin, TX, and requires reliable personal transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Schedule calls, internal meetings, and external client meetings
- Assist with email organization and follow-ups when needed
- Prepare materials or information ahead of meetings
- Track tasks and priorities, take meeting notes, and capture action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Identify and implement systems and processes that improve efficiency and help streamline the CEO’s workflow
- Assist with light project coordination
- Provide occasional support for special projects or events
- Assist with setting up internal team meetings
- Coordinate logistics for team gatherings and company event
- Order team lunches or coordinate catering when needed
- Help plan occasional team outings or celebrations
- Provide light administrative support to help keep the team organized
- Run errands such as picking up items, coordinating deliveries, returns, etc.
- Assist with scheduling personal appointments and household services
- Help manage personal to-do lists and administrative tasks
- Coordinate reservations, events, and personal logistics as needed
- Occasionally assist with childcare when schedules require
Qualifications
- Based in Austin, Texas
- Reliable personal transportation required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solver
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting leadership or entrepreneurs
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and Google Workspace
- Current junior or senior in college, or a recent graduate, preferred
Schedule
- Part-time position (approximately 15–25 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule, though some tasks may require availability during normal business hours
- Occasional evening or weekend support may be requested for events or scheduling needs
