Job Description:
Administrative coordinator provides support to a company’s employees, supervises the staff, and helps manage the office. The administrative coordinator acts as a link connecting departments, vendors, and staff members. Looking for someone with a big personality who enjoys working with others to support a growing office.
Responsibilities:
Implement administrative systems, procedures, and policies; monitor administrative projects; maintain suggestion program.
Maintain daily administrative workflow for the office; implement cost reductions; develop reporting procedures.
Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices.
Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information; identify and implement communication solutions.
Process all inbound calls using a multi-line PBX phone system.
Maintain rapport with customers, managers, and employees; set priorities; resolve problem situations.
Order and manage supplies for the office.
Support 6 upper-level managers.
Track and monitor all vacation requests.
Provide basic information to customers by answering questions and requests.
Maintain continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discover irregularities; determine ongoing needs.
Guide employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating administrative policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicate developments to management.
Complete administrative projects by identifying and implementing new technology and resources; redesign systems; recommend re-deployment of designated resources.
Contribute to the department and organization’s mission by completing related results as needed.
