We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our operations in Chicago. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for managing office tasks, handling communications, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage office correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents
Coordinate office supplies and ensure the office runs efficiently
Assist with filing, data entry, and record-keeping
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
