This entry-level role offers opportunities for skill development in customer service and ERP systems.

Position Summary

As an Administrative Assistant, you will assist clients with order inquiries, support order and production updates, and help manage our ERP system to ensure data accuracy. This role combines customer service and administrative tasks, ideal for gaining experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Client Support:

Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding order status, delivery, and issues.

Provide clear, professional responses to inquiries.

Resolve order-related issues in collaboration with the operations team.

Maintain records of communications and follow-ups.

Order Coordination & Communication:

Coordinate with production and shipping teams for order updates.

Inform clients of delays or issues promptly.

Generate reports and status updates from the ERP system.

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

Preferred: previous customer service or administrative experience

Willingness to learn ERP and order management skills

Skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Desirable But Not Required

Familiarity with ERP or similar systems

Experience in manufacturing or knowledge of production processes

Basic data entry and order management skills
