We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and will often be the first point of contact when clients call or visit. We are a small, veteran and female owned business with a five star reputation in the community. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and ascertain their needs.
Schedule/reschedule appointments
Handle credit card and cash transactions accurately
Answers phone calls in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner
Willingness to do whatever it takes to make the day run smooth

Job Benefits

Every Friday is a half day.
Competitive starting hourly rate of $16.50
Small, family owned company with only 6 employees
Ability to accrue PTO
