Administrative Assistant 5 Jobs in Baton Rouge, LA at State of Louisiana
Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files, interviewing callers, booking and expensing travel, CDRL processing, arranging meetings and conferences, and receiving/referring/or answering mail. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage, and answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Gathers, compiles, and reports on information relevant to supervisor’s assignment(s). Processes and formats CDRL deliveries monthly for the organization.
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Six (6) years of Administrative Assistant experience
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel in everyday tasks
Must have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Must possess analytical ability, have a positive attitude, be a self-starter and work well with others.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with support at the Executive/Senior level
Experience with supporting multiple managers and/or programs
Autotime, Concur, SAP experience preferred
