Monash Health Language Services (MHLS) is an integrated service providing interpreting and translating services to inpatients and outpatients across Monash Health.Monash Health is the largest public health service in Victoria, employing the largest in-house language service team in the state.

About the Role

The Administrative Assistant supports the Team Leader and Manager Language Services to lead the team with a focus on the Monash Health strategic intent of “we are relentless in our pursuit of excellence”. The Language Services Administrative Assistant will assist in facilitating an efficient, effective and flexible delivery of language services whilst striving to ensure service accountability, efficiency and coordination within the context of patient centred care.

You are a professional with extensive knowledge of the language services provision and experience in administration management. Your values align with ours. What you need

Current driver’s license as travel between campuses is required

Previous experience in office administration

Secretarial/Business Administration Studies
