We are a recruiting firm searching for a talented Financial Administrator for one of our clients. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a team in managing client administration and communication so the business can focus on growth and sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Process and review daily business transactions related to client accounts
- Pay regular invoices
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and manage email correspondence
- Prepare and maintain client files, paperwork, and meeting notes
- Follow up on action items from completed meetings
- Collect and prepare loan applications
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Complete administrative tasks assigned by advisors
- Assist advisors and Senior Admin with document collection
- Maintain workflow database (Hubspot)
- Respond to various client requests
Qualifications
- Well organized and strong with numbers
- Diploma or postsecondary degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably in financial services or banking
- Excellent computer skills including Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Windows, and Adobe PDF management
- Customer service orientation and ability to interact professionally with clients both in person and over the phone
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines with discretion

- Experience in investments and insurance is a plus, insurance license preferred
