We are a recruiting firm searching for a talented Financial Administrator for one of our clients. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a team in managing client administration and communication so the business can focus on growth and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Process and review daily business transactions related to client accounts
  • Pay regular invoices
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and manage email correspondence
  • Prepare and maintain client files, paperwork, and meeting notes
  • Follow up on action items from completed meetings
  • Collect and prepare loan applications
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Complete administrative tasks assigned by advisors
  • Assist advisors and Senior Admin with document collection
  • Maintain workflow database (Hubspot)
  • Respond to various client requests

Qualifications

  • Well organized and strong with numbers
  • Diploma or postsecondary degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably in financial services or banking
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Windows, and Adobe PDF management
  • Customer service orientation and ability to interact professionally with clients both in person and over the phone
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines with discretion
