We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Santa Barbara, California on a contract basis. This role requires an organized individual who can manage daily administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls with professionalism and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Manage and organize office files, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide receptionist support by welcoming visitors and addressing their needs.
• Coordinate scheduling and maintain calendars for meetings and appointments.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office materials as needed.
• Order and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate with team members to support various administrative projects.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information and records.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in managing incoming calls and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with general office procedures and administrative tasks.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications are a plus.
