Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant located in Dubai, with major work from home allowed. The Administrative Assistant will handle administrative tasks such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling phone calls, communication, and assisting executives with various clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office administration and support real estate agents.

Prepare and maintain documents including contracts, tenancy agreements, MOUs, and property listings.

Schedule property viewings, meetings, and open houses.

Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Maintain digital and physical filing systems and CRM databases.

Coordinate with landlords, developers, and clients for paperwork and approvals.

Assist the marketing team with brochures, social media posts, and online listings (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).

Track documentation for Ejari, DEWA, RERA, and other UAE real estate requirements.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills

Phone Etiquette and Communication skills

Clerical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in real estate or related field is mandatory

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
