Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process of employees
Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism
Coordinate and arrange company events and activities
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Provide support to other team members and departments as needed
Requirements
Ability to execute administrative tasks with a focus on quality and attention to detail
Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
