Administrative Assistant
Duties:
– Enter orders into proprietary company software
– Communicate with other staff members to ensure all details of the event are properly coordinated
– Support management in the execution and logistics of trade shows
– Act as the main point of contact for customers, and ensure all deadlines are clearly communicated and met
– Customer service
– Maintain an organized office environment by managing files, documents, and supplies
– Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette in handling incoming and outgoing calls
– Provide personal assistant support to executives and managers, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
– Plan, organize and book travel for company employees, including scheduling flights and ground transportation, booking accommodations and handling any other trip-related tasks
– Attend trade shows
– Perform diversified clerical duties which may include, but are not limited to: preparing correspondence and generating reports
Requirements:
– The successful candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of administrative tasks and work diligently individually and as a team member to meet the challenges of time sensitive tasks
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Ability to work with computerized systems for data entry purposes
