Semper Partners is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support across compliance, client administration, and data capturing/management. This role suits someone who is highly organised, numerically confident, and takes pride in getting the details right.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing administrative support to the compliance function, including maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Assisting with client administration, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and properly maintained
- Capturing, checking, and managing data across various systems
- Liasing with internal teams to ensure processes are followed correctly and consistently
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in an administrative, compliance, or client services environment is required
- Strong numeric proficiency and comfort working with figures and data
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software
- Matric certificate required; a degree or relevant diploma would be an advantage
- Discretion and reliability when handling confidential information
