Semper Partners is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support across compliance, client administration, and data capturing/management. This role suits someone who is highly organised, numerically confident, and takes pride in getting the details right.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing administrative support to the compliance function, including maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Assisting with client administration, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and properly maintained
  • Capturing, checking, and managing data across various systems
  • Liasing with internal teams to ensure processes are followed correctly and consistently

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, compliance, or client services environment is required
  • Strong numeric proficiency and comfort working with figures and data
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software
  • Matric certificate required; a degree or relevant diploma would be an advantage
  • Discretion and reliability when handling confidential information
