Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and managing various office tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Being able to speak fluent Spanish is a requirement.
Duties
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and help the walk-in customers
Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
Setting appointments for jobs and reminders.
Place orders including communication with suppliers.
Support the team with various administrative tasks as required to enhance office productivity.
Experience
Candidates should possess a background in office administration or related fields, demonstrating proficiency in organizational skills and multitasking abilities. Experience in glass is preferred, but not required. Strong communication skills an fluent in Spanish are essential for effective interaction within the team and with external contacts. A proactive attitude and a willingness to work is a must .
