Basically he is hitting 50 soon and needs some help. To many meetings, multi tasking, and growing a vibrant company. His last assistant moved into project management and the assistant before that moved into administration. There is room to grow.

The Role
We’re seeking a Personal Assistant to work directly alongside the CEO, helping with a wide range of tasks that make his life—and the company’s operations—easier. This is a part-time role, primarily on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, with the occasional Friday as needed but could work into more work with commissions, etc.
You’ll wear many hats, from handling errands and scheduling meetings to assisting with research, bookkeeping, and tackling daily challenges as they arise. If you have a good phone voice we want you on the phones of course m-w and the ideal candidate is someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to dive into whatever the day brings.
This is a chance to learn the CEO’s methodology, gain insight into the company’s diverse ventures, and become an indispensable part of the team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the CEO with daily tasks, errands, and personal or professional projects.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Conduct research and compile information as needed.
Handle light bookkeeping and organizational tasks.
Tackle issues and problem-solve on the fly.
Help maintain a smooth workflow for the CEO and the broader team.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
