Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the SVP’s and development department’s calendars
Book domestic and international air and ground travel and accommodations as needed
Act as point person for new hires and assistant in the technology setup
Organize the office and order department supplies
Answer phone lines and track all messages
Coordinate and plan events and training
Draft and revise contracts and vendor agreements
Prepare and process expense reports
Prepare and edit presentations in coordination with marketing department
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
3-5 years of executive level administrative experience
Experience dealing with highly confidential data and information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of MS Visio a plus
Salary Range
$85,000-$100,000
