Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Centre des aubaines, Gatineau Quebec. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records. The role also involves providing exceptional support to the executive team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the center.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Expertise in Clerical Skills, including data entry, filing, and record management
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using office software and equipment
  • Team-oriented attitude and excellent organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
  • University diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or a related field are advantageous
  • 3- 5 years experience

Qualifications et compétences requises

  • Formation : Diplôme universitaire en administration ou en coordination de bureau.
  • Expérience : 3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire.
  • Langues : Maîtrise de l'anglais (oral et écrit) et du français (oral : niveau élevé, écrit : niveau moyen).
