Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Centre des aubaines, Gatineau Quebec. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records. The role also involves providing exceptional support to the executive team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the center.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Expertise in Clerical Skills, including data entry, filing, and record management
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment
- Team-oriented attitude and excellent organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- University diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or a related field are advantageous
- 3- 5 years experience
Qualifications et compétences requises
- Formation : Diplôme universitaire en administration ou en coordination de bureau.
- Expérience : 3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire.
- Langues : Maîtrise de l'anglais (oral et écrit) et du français (oral : niveau élevé, écrit : niveau moyen).
- Aptitudes : Leadership, capacité d'adaptation, sens de l'organisation et esprit d'équipe.
