Office Administrative Support
Key Responsibilities:
Clerical Support: Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
Scheduling & Coordination: Organize meetings, appointments, and events; coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and maintain files and records; assist in drafting reports and presentations.
Inventory & Supplies Management: Monitor office supplies, place orders, and maintain inventory records.
Customer Service: Greet visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide assistance to staff and customers as needed.
Data Entry & Reporting: Input and update data in company systems; generate and maintain reports.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
Experience: Previous administrative or clerical experience is advantageous.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
