The Opportunity:
- As the UK&I Enterprise Sales Team Administrative Assistant you will provide essential support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- This role is pivotal in driving sales support activities, providing hands-on administrative and operational support to the Client’s UK&I Enterprise Sales Leaders.
- You will be a proactive partner to the sales team, acting as a key link between internal and external stakeholders.
- The successful candidate will be happy to roll their sleeves up, get involved, and take ownership of day-to-day tasks that keep the team moving.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Manage the diaries of multiple Enterprise Sales Leaders, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritisation
- Liaise with customers at all levels to coordinate meetings (timing, logistics, room booking, attendees, etc.) and maintain strong professional relationships
- Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and VP Office to organise and coordinate client’s hospitality events
- Work with Sales Leaders to coordinate and organise internal team meetings, events, and sales activities
- Augment events teams for flagship client events (like Client’s London Summit or Client’s AI Forum)
- Process and manage Sales Leaders’ expenses in a timely and accurate manner
- Book Sales Leaders’ travel (flights, hotel, transfers)
- Provide proactive day-to-day administrative support to Sales Leaders, anticipating needs and addressing issues before they arise
What you’ll have:
- 2–3 years of experience as a sales administrative assistant or sales support roles, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Positive can-do attitude, no ego – willing to follow through and do what it takes to get the job done.
- A naturally collaborative teammate that is proactive and solution minded.
- Strong communication skills to ensure smooth coordination both internally and externally; prior sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to remain flexible, embrace change and manage uncertainty, all while thriving in fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under critical deadlines and manage workload with little direction.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and timely follow-through.
- Desire to constantly look for opportunities to create systems, checklists, and approaches to make things run more smoothly.
- Ownership of the outcome – even when there is a lack of full control, ability to see it through until it is completed.
- Manage time effectively and proven ability to prioritize when there are conflicting priorities to ensure key projects meet deadlines.
- Self-starter and self-motivated, energetic, proactive, resourceful.
- Exceptional scheduling abilities and advanced proficiency use of Microsoft Office tools.
