Administrative Assistant (Bilingual Spanish/English) – Entry Level
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Compensation: Starting at $18/hour, Part-time – 24 hours per week, 6 hour shifts, 4 days a week
I am seeking a motivated, bilingual (Spanish/English) Administrative Assistant to work directly with me in my boutique immigration law practice.
This is an entry-level position with significant opportunities for learning and professional growth. No prior legal experience is required. I am willing to train the right person.
You will gain firsthand exposure to immigration law, client relations, office management, marketing, and the day-to-day operation of a small professional practice.
Responsibilities
• Answer and return phone calls
• Greet and assist clients in person
• Schedule consultations and appointments
• Scan, organize, and maintain client files and documents
• Assist with routine office administration and record keeping
• Help create and manage social media content
• Assist with video marketing and online outreach projects
• Support various projects as needed
Qualifications
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with people
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable and punctual
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
