Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing communications, providing executive administrative assistance, and performing clerical duties. Daily tasks will also include scheduling appointments, organizing files, and ensuring smooth organizational operations through effective administrative support.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills

Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills

Clerical Skills including organizing files, scheduling, and managing appointments

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
