Full Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The perfect fit will play a key role in providing administrative support across different departments like marketing, customer service, and operations. Responsibilities:

1. Assist in marketing efforts by coordinating promotional materials, managing social media accounts, and assisting with marketing campaigns.
2. Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
3. Monitor client communication channels and ensure inquiries and requests are addressed promptly.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their needs and resolving any issues or concerns.
5. Assist in lead generation activities by maintaining and updating client databases and following up on leads.
6. Manage booking and scheduling of appointments, meetings, and events.
7. Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accurate records and databases.
8. Create and organize job files, including contracts, invoices, and project documentation.
9.Assist in running the mulch store by managing inventory, processing orders, and providing customer support.
10.Track and maintain maintenance schedules for equipment and vehicles.
11. Proficient in using Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Sheets for efficient communication and data management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a landscaping or related industry.
Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of inventory management and maintenance tracking systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
