Job Overview
PayDirt is urgently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Office Admin to join our residential land clearing and grading operation in Inman, SC. This is a full-time, high-impact role supporting daily project operations through precise data entry, document preparation, scheduling, and general administrative duties. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced construction office, we’d like to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update project schedules and field documentation packets
Record daily job activities, employee hours, and equipment hours into spreadsheets
Maintain lead tracking system (in coordination with Sales Person) from initial contact to job completion
Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and manage emails for job leads
Organize and maintain office files, both electronic and physical
Track office inventory and reorder supplies as needed
Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, typing, and Emailing
Schedule and coordinate meetings via Google Meet, Zoom, etc.
Handle mail processing: sorting incoming, distributing, and preparing outgoing
Deposit incoming checks at the bank and manage bill tracking by due dates
Notify ownership of upcoming bills and amounts daily
Input vendor and client data into spreadsheets and QuickBooks
Track expenses and process invoices
Send payment reminders and past due memos to clients
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Provide administrative support as needed to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role
Great opportunity for long-term growth, with a clear path to move into supervisory and upper management roles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
Comfortable using social platforms like Facebook and Instagram
Experience with Google Meet and Zoom preferred
Reliable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
