The Role

• Process incoming and outgoing invoices.

• Support offer creation and manage procurement.

• Coordinate appointments with subcontractors and external partners.

• Assist in preparing analyses, reports, and financial statements.

• Handle administrative tasks supporting business unit management.

What You'll Need

• Experience with contract processing and billing procedures.

• Strong communication skills for collaboration with external parties and internal teams.

• Ability to work independently, in a structured, and reliable manner.

• Good organizational skills and a collaborative team spirit.

• Familiarity with CAFM systems is a plus.
