We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected consultancy at the heart of the building industry, known for its collaborative culture and people-first approach. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow in a supportive, down-to-earth environment.
The team is friendly, close-knit, and around 20 people strong. This is a newly created role, so you’ll have the chance to shape it and make it your own.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and liaise with couriers
Keep shared spaces tidy and well-stocked, including the kitchen and meeting rooms
Set up rooms for internal meetings, external training, and events
Manage reception duties and act as the first point of contact for calls and visitors
Prepare certificates and reports accurately and on time
Upload relevant documentation to portals
Arrange travel bookings and coordinate staff schedules
Provide general administrative support across the team as needed
What We’re Looking For
Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
Friendly, professional, and happy to lend a hand wherever needed
1-2 years of experience in office administration is highly regarded but noting this is an entry level role so we are open!
Organised, reliable, and keen to learn
Must have full working rights in Australia
