Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Associate to join us for a seasonal position, December through April, working Monday through Friday from 8 am to noon. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for members, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth transaction. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet members warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures and requested tasks.
Handle inquiries via phone systems, email, and in-person interactions.
Maintain accurate databases and records of member information, including preferences and special requests.
Handle sales of community access systems.
Provide information about offered services, rules and regulations or park, and all aspects of property management of the park.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, faxing and proofreading documents as needed.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is required.
Strong office skills including proficiency in computer literacy and familiarity with phone systems.
Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
Dependability and strong work ethic.
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Must speak English fluently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

4 hour shift
Monday to Friday
No weekends
