Role Description

This is a part-time role as an Administrative Assistant at Century 21 Elite Realty in White Plains and Pearl River, NY. The role involves providing administrative support, handling phone communications, maintaining communication with clients, updating systems, and utilizing clerical skills. Assist the broker with lead distribution, creating marketing items, and transaction management at each location. The White Plains location requires fluency in Spanish and English.

We are seeking a team-spirited individual who is eager for growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills

Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

Proficiency in clerical skills

Experience in the real estate industry is a major plus

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Real estate license is a plus
