Administrative Assistent
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, organised and detail oriented. A professional conduct, courteous manner and a positive attitude are all essential. Must also demonstrate a willingness to learn and a methodical work ethic. Must be a team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, handling communication and follow-ups professionally.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Prepare, update and manage correspondence, reports and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and organised filing systems
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally, delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Support operational processes and workflow efficiency.
- Perform cashiering duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field would be an asset
- Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Highly developed organisational and strong negotiation skills
- High level of professionalism, enthusiasm and ethical standards
