Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations. Must be experienced in a wide range of support related tasks and able to multitask and work independently with little or no supervision.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, both electronic and physical
Coordinate meetings and appointments, including Outlook calendar management
Demonstrate a strong understanding of office management principles and practices
Possess excellent phone etiquette, ensuring all calls are handled professionally and efficiently
Possess computer literacy and strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to learn and utilize new software systems

Requirements:

Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel applications
Experience in office and clerical duties
Ability to transcribe accurately and perform data entry efficiently
Strong skills in project coordination and phone systems
Previous office setting experience is required
Must be able to get your Florida Notary (company will pay the cost)
Position requires a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
