As an Administrative Assistant at Linked Light Pulse, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. You will be responsible for managing office tasks, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and ensuring the smooth running of our administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls and managing emails

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Maintain and organize filing systems and company records

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required

Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks when needed

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

1+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
