Job description
Chugg Music is an award-winning independent music company dedicated to the global development of Australian artists, spanning artist management, two record labels, label services, merchandising, and music publishing. Founded by Michael Chugg and Andrew Stone in 2012, the company’s artists have been awarded multiple ARIA Awards as well as international gold and platinum records.
Our hands-on team is in a high growth stage and we are looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our Artist Lead/Day to Day Manager team.

Responsibilities
Assist the Artist Lead/Day to Day Manager team on artist campaigns and release rollouts, working across our internal and external local and global partners and teams.
Maintain, update and distribute weekly reporting.
Update onesheets and other assets.
Ongoing updates and maintenance of artist mailing lists and websites.
Update and maintain artist day to day calendars and other planning documents.
Booking/coordinating artist and staff travel logistics.
Meeting note taking and follow up on action points.
Prepare mailouts and maintaining artist mailing lists and websites.
Organise and maintain assets and files – Dropbox and Notion.
Assist with online and tour merchandising design, planning, and warehouse operations.
Miscellaneous projects and tasks as assigned in a timely and accurate fashion.
Ideal qualifications/skills:
At least 1 year experience working as an administrative assistant in a music or music-adjacent company. (Label, Management Company, Booking Agency, Publishing, etc.)
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite. Tech savvy.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud/Canva.
Familiarity with Notion or a similar platform (Monday,Asana).
Flexibility, agility, and problem solving capabilities are a MUST.
The ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.
