Key Responsibilities:

Draft and proofread business correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
Arrange logistics, prepare agendas, and ensure the smooth execution of events.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Assist various departments with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and file management.
Collaborate with HR for employee onboarding and administrative processes.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for office supplies, equipment, and other services.
Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effectiveness.
