Job Details
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Support Tax and Audit teams in preparing, formatting, and distributing client deliverables
Coordinate report and tax return assembly, filing, and tracking
Manage document workflows and maintain organized filing systems
Communicate with clients regarding document requests and deadlines
Monitor and track critical filing and submission dates
Assist leadership with administrative tasks and internal process improvements
Learn and take on additional office management duties over time
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and firm information
Collaborate closely with team members across departments
You should have most of the following
Experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator in a public accounting firm
Familiarity with tax return and audit report processes
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desire for long-term growth into expanded management roles
Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
