A Manhattan-based wealth management firm is seeking an Executive Assistant. This person must have previously worked in financial services and have experience with wire transfers and Salesforce.
Salary: $90K – 115K + bonus
This role is on-site five days per week.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and distribute agendas, letters, reports, presentations, and other communications including confidential documents
Conduct research and organize/present findings upon request
Manage executive calendars including scheduling appointments, reservations, and meetings
Expense reporting and travel coordination for team members
Coordinate and prepare all in-person, virtual, and over-the-phone meetings including setup, breakdowns, etc.
Document client communications and correspondence in Salesforce
Cash management, gathering tax information, and processing client remittances
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is required
Minimum of 5 years experience, financial services experience required
Ability to work well in a team environment
Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Highly organized and able to multi-task while maintaining a high attention to detail
