Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator with extensive experience invoicing insurance companies for restoration services. This role is pivotal in supporting our operations, ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and aligned with insurance scopes and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice insurance companies the same day a job is completed to ensure fast payment and workflow continuity.
Once each invoice is completed, send it to the adjuster we are working with and make sure they review the invoice and release the depreciation as soon as possible.
The applicant will be responsible for tracking the final insurance check from the insurance company to the homeowner, making sure we collect it in a timely manner.
Review and interpret insurance estimates, scopes of loss, and claim documentation.
Communicate with contractors, adjusters, and internal team members to ensure accurate billing.
Track and follow up on unpaid invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain organized digital records of all billing-related documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience invoicing insurance companies in the restoration or public adjusting industry.
Deep understanding of insurance scopes and estimates related to Roofing, Siding, and Exteriors.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
High level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with industry software such as Xactimate, Dash, or similar.
Experience working with public adjusters or restoration contractors.
