Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and performing general office duties. The role also entails providing executive administrative assistance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
SOS: Working hours – during working business hours between 10am and 6pm
***This role requires Greek language proficiency for daily tasks
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Fluency in Greek is required to communicate with clients/customers
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette capabilities
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with office software and tools
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus
