Yancey Auto Parts & Sales is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a remote position, the Executive Administrative Assistant will support senior leadership, streamline administrative processes, and contribute to the efficient functioning of the company. Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Organize and maintain company documents, records, and files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of executives, including email management and phone calls.
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the leadership team.
Assist with project coordination and ensure timely follow-up on key tasks and deadlines.
Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for senior management.
Coordinate and manage virtual meetings, ensuring that all necessary materials are prepared and shared in advance.
Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and other financial administration as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company information.
Act as a liaison between senior management and other departments or external stakeholders.
Provide general administrative support to the team as necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant, or in other relevant administrative roles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in dynamic situations.
Experience with remote work environments and virtual collaboration tools is a plus.
A high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
1+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
Experience in the automotive industry or a similar field is preferred but not required.
