✨ What You’ll Be Responsible For

Client Experience

  • Be the first point of contact—professional, responsive, and client-focused
  • Manage calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
  • Ensure every client interaction is seamless and well-documented

Administration & Operations

  • Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates
  • Process transactions (EFTs, transfers, contributions, withdrawals)
  • Monitor accounts, documentation, and regulatory requirements
  • Keep operations running smoothly with strong follow-up and organization

Business & Team Support

  • Support advisors in preparing for client meetings
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and client communications
  • Help coordinate events, newsletters, and client touchpoints
  • Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and client value

🧠 What You Bring

  • 2–3 years in financial services or a similar professional environment
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
