The Administrative Assistant will provide direct clerical support to a federal client for programmatic and administrative support services in support of their offices. They will interact and work with office staff, vendors, executives, and other staff.

Responsibilities:

Manage the calendar of the Office Head
Manage scheduling and meeting requests
Schedule, manage, and arrange Microsoft Teams and Zoom Meetings
Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and other adhoc appointments as necessary
Manage all technical and non-technical correspondence and reports
Create, edit, proofread, and track technical and non-technical correspondence and reports
Answer, Screen, and Direct all communication to appropriate parties

Basic Qualifications:

Must be a US Citizen
A college diploma, or equivalent, is preferred
Must have 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant position
Experience with Microsoft Office365
Experience with Teams and SharePoint
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
High level of time management
Excellent organization and prioritization
Excellent customer service skills

This position requires being present in-office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

Washington, DC 20002 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

Washington, DC 20002: Relocate before starting work (Required)
