- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate applications, and processes for initial and renewal licensure of all 6 licensing boards within Multi-Boards (Nursing Home Administrator, Respiratory Care, Genetic Counselors, Naturopathy Doctors, Perfusionists, and Community Health Workers).
- Assist with all Board meeting activities for Multi Board in conjunction with the Executive Director.
- Compiles reviews and analyzes statistical data and make appropriate evaluations and recommendations regarding assigned special projects.
- Answer telephone and emails, respond to questions, and make appropriate referrals to maintain positive relations and ensure good customer service.
- Participate in meetings and conferences and prepare meeting notes and minutes.
- Answer routine office correspondence relative to board regulations, policies, and licensing laws.
- Draft letters, memoranda, and reports for review by Executive Director(s).
- Update and generate computerized data and correspondence
- Perform related duties as assigned.
