Vista Financial Group – Administrative Assistant – Part Time
Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Financial Advisor to provide service and support to the advisor and their clients. Ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of the Financial Advisor’s daily workflow.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operation of the Advisor’s office.
Develop a general knowledge of the investment products and be able to assist clients with service needs.
Assist advisor with annual account review, prepare reports, open/close account, and process paperwork.
Assist advisor with ongoing office compliance and audits.
Maintaining of all client records, notes, address changes and other service needs.
Answer phones, maintain filing system, and process correspondence.
Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
Must be highly organized, efficient, and a self-starter.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be able to identify, research, and solve issues promptly.
Must be able to interact with office staff, professional contacts, and clients in professional manner.
Listen effectively, learn quickly and organize work.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to shift from one task to another when priorities change.
We prefer a candidate who has at least 3 years administrative experience, but it is not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
