You will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of daily operations.

• Manage and respond to inbound calls with attention to detail, addressing inquiries and directing them appropriately.

• Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update office records and databases.

• Serve as a receptionist, welcoming visitors and providing assistance as needed.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize data, create reports, and support office functions.

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and stakeholders.

• Assist with office correspondence, including drafting and proofreading documents.

• Maintain an organized and detail-focused office environment, ensuring supplies and resources are readily available.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow.

• Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and directing inquiries effectively.
• Strong skills in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
