About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting the team with various organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Maintain and organize files, records, and databases, ensuring information is up to date.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Provide support to team members and management on administrative tasks and projects.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
