Front Office
- Reply to general information requests with the accurate information.
- Greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner.
Office Administration
- Provide end-end administrative support to Africa region and other HIKVISION MENA office required, Sort incoming mail, and courier deliveries for distribution.
- Purchase, receive and store office supplies.
- Verify receipt of supplies.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Coordinate office maintenance work, when required.
- Maintain telephone directory of employees.
- Procure business cards for eligible staff.
- Arrange business travel, meeting and other arrangements for employees.
- Assist Country Manager, Sales, Technical Pre- Sales, MARCOM to help execute plans from event preparation, coordination, administration, logistics to on-site support, Office, villa, and company cars maintenance and other staff management.
- Arrange teambuilding and other Company events.
- Provide executive secretarial support as and when required.
- Assumes other responsibility as assigned by Country Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
A bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field from a reputed university.
3 years and above previous experience as an administrative assistant/ secretary, or in a similar clerical role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High accuracy in data entry, proofreading, and record-keeping.
